I support teens through adults. My practice focuses on parent coaching, college transition and wellness, adulting and general coaching for wellness and behavioral health. I can work with you in a traditional manner, where we meet in my office, or by video on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. We will collaborate to identify and establish achievable goals for you or your family. Progress toward those goals will be reviewed often.
Alternatively, I can be part of your family’s health maintenance team as a concierge or “on call” parent coach. You can access my services as needed. I view my role as similar to that of a family team member that keeps your family running with optimal emotional health, just as your family physician would support your physical health.
